The protein component of the Zec+ Legend Bar protein bar consists of milk protein, whey protein concentrate and soy protein isolate and provides high-quality proteins and amino acids in sufficient quantities - a whole 27 grams of protein are included! Although the carbohydrate content is higher than the King's Bar, this bar only contains 2.5 grams of sugar (vanilla fusion)!
